About Your Account on This Website

The NMTA website was redesigned in December 2015. If you have previously created an account on this website and/or on the NES website, you will be able to sign in and access a single account for all tests in the NMTA program, including any current test registrations and your testing history. You no longer need accounts on two separate websites.

Accessing My Account

I previously created an account on this website, but I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?

Make sure that you are entering your email and password on the sign-in screen. Do not enter your username, if you created one; usernames are no longer needed to sign in.

If you continue to have trouble, please use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

I have previously taken a New Mexico custom test and a NES test, and I have separate accounts for each. Which account do I use now?

You should attempt to sign in to your account on this website with your NES email and password. If you have difficulty, please use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

I know that I have previously tested, but I don't know what kind of account I have. How do I sign in?

Try signing in with an email address you would have used when you established your account and your password. If you cannot sign in, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

Why am I being asked to enter a new password and security question and answer?

The system may prompt you to update your password and/or security question and answer. Please provide this information when prompted to ensure your account continues to remain secure.

My Registrations

I am currently registered for a New Mexico custom test. Is my appointment still valid? Can I reschedule if I need to?

Any appointments you have already scheduled are still valid. You can sign in to your account to view your appointment details. You may also reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours before the test, if you'd like to.

I am currently registered for a NES test. Is my appointment still valid? Can I reschedule if I need to?

I was told to register for NES tests on the NES website. Is that correct?

That is no longer necessary. New Mexico candidates should now register for their NES tests right here on this website.

What if I already registered for a NES test on the NES website?

That's okay. No action is required on your part. Please attend your test appointment as scheduled and take the test. You can sign in to your account on this website to view your appointment details. You may also reschedule your appointment, up to 24 hours before the test, if you'd like to.

I recently took a test. How do I access my score report on this site?

First, review the score report dates to determine when your score report will become available. Then sign in to your account to access your score report.

Will my New Mexico custom test scores and my NES test scores be available to me in my account?

Yes. Your test scores for both New Mexico custom and NES tests will all be accessible in your account.
