If you believe you have completed the final assessment for issuance of your teaching license or you have applied for an endorsement and believe this assessment will lead toward issuance of the endorsement, forward a copy of the results, along with a written statement indicating a request for a file review, to the State of New Mexico Public Education Department, Professional Licensure Bureau.
